My main attribute is probably a deep love of human beings and the desire to understand and be of service to them. This naturally confers a tendency to connect and communicate easily with people from many walks of life.

After two decades in private practice based around Zero Balancing therapeutic bodywork and spiritual counselling I have honed my intuition in regard to what is needed in the moment, in a one-to-one or a group setting.

A passion for sustainable peace, together with a fascination for trying to bring  harmony where there are very different world views have led me to undertake ongoing training in conflict resolution. This, in combination with my love of languages and my life experience and interests provides a rich resource (my 'spiritual rucksack') for creating successful tailored facilitation programmes for organisations, groups and corporate settings.
